Job Description:

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer to provide implementation and support for call center technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and support IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Cloud Solutions
Administer and support Genesys Cloud solutions while coordinating technical documentation
Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Project Managers, and Sales on support and project work

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX technology
Genesys Cloud CX certification is a plus
Knowledge of SIP Protocol implementation and support is preferred
Development skills in Java/JavaScript, HTML, REST Web Services, and Microsoft SQL Server are a plus
1+ years of experience in network administration and support is a plus
