Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Security
Engineering to enhance their security team and improve their
security posture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the security engineering team in information, operational, and
product security
Design and implement technical controls to prevent security
incidents
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security
frameworks and conduct incident response efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer
Security, or Information Systems
10+ years of experience in software development, security, or a
relevant field
Experience securing cloud-native environments and Linux distro
security
Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and
NIST
Ability to craft automation with languages such as Go, Python, or
Shell
