Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to manage and process
payroll and employee benefits activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and hourly
employees, ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws
Perform financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits related to
payroll and benefits
Collaborate with HR and various departments to validate payroll
information and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in managing payroll
processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human
Resources, or related field; CPP designation preferred
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and taxation
in the US
Experience with equity-based compensation, including stock options
and RSUs
Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as ADP, Workday,
or Paylocity
