  • Job Details
  • Nursery/Post-Partum Level III RN
  • - Assesses patient's conditions, develops individual care plans for patients, and evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan
  • - Coordinates the delivery of patient care for a group of patients; directs and delegates patient care assignment to colleagues through collaboration
  • - Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other disciplines as required and adjusts the nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
  • - Maintains documentation in the patient record
  • - Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients/families in accordance with hospital and nursing standards
  • - Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
  • - Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops
  • - Demonstrates sensitivity to patient's comfort and privacy and expresses interest in their progress
  • - Prepares patients for scheduled procedures to assist in patient assessment
  • - Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
    • Job Requirements
    • BSN
    • 2+ years RN Nursery Experience, in Level II or Level III NICU
    • 6 months to 1 year experience Mother/Baby Couplet care or Post-partum
    • Experience attending delivers and with neonatal resuscitation
    • Travel experience - 6 months
      • Schedule Information
      • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
      • On-Call: As Needed
        • Additional Details
        • AHA or ARC only
        • AHA only - Not required for 100% remote employees
