• Employment Type: TravelWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 3x12-hour shift schedule (both day and night shifts available). This role is ideal for a skilled professional with acute care experience, providing critical care in a fast-paced emergency department.
  
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  Deliver expert nursing care to patients with emergency medical conditions, trauma, and life-threatening illnesses.
  Perform rapid assessments, triage, and interventions to stabilize patients.
  Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  Administer medications, IV therapy, and life-saving treatments in high-pressure situations.
  Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
  Maintain strict infection control and patient safety standards in compliance with hospital protocols.
  
  Requirements:
  Experience: Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience required.
  Licensure: Active state-specific or compact RN license.
  Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS required.
  Patient Ratio: 1:4.
  Technology: Cerner EMR experience required.
  Charge Nurse: Present on both shifts; does not take patients unless absolutely necessary.
