  • UNIVERSAL CARE RN NEEDED
  • Writes initial nursing histories, assesses patient's conditions, develops individual care plans for patients, and evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan
  • Demonstrates knowledge of particular care needs when caring for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations
  • Coordinates the delivery of patient care for a group of patients; directs and assigns patient care assignments to support personnel
  • Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other disciplines as required and adjusts the nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintains documentation in the patient record
  • Adheres to regulatory standards for documentation
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
  • Enhances professional growth and development through participation in education programs, current literature, in service meetings and workshops

    • BSN
    • CA RN
    • Required within 30 days: Tech Cert Verification - National
    • Primary source online verification required within 30 days of start
    • NURSYS Verification required within 30 days of start for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
      • Unit Specific Information
      • OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk)
        • Additional Details
        • AHA or ARC only for ACLS and BLS
        • Required for all candidates (pre-starts, extensions, and locums) that sign a contract 5/31/24 and beyond. Must review/sign prior to start.
