Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Service Desk (HRSD) Solution Lead
- ServiceNow on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement HRSD solutions using the ServiceNow HR Service
Delivery platform
Configure and manage HR agent workspace and streamline HR approval
workflows
Oversee the configuration and optimization of the Employee Central
Portal
Qualifications:
Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
module
Expertise in COE structures and HR lifecycle events
Experience with Employee Central Portal configuration
Proven ability to manage full-cycle ServiceNow HRSD
implementations
HR process and technology acumen with an emphasis on process
optimization
