Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Commercial
Contracts to lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial
contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts,
focusing on revenue-generating agreements
Grow and manage a team of attorneys and non-attorney contracts
professionals
Provide legal and strategic business advice to ensure compliance
with internal policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
J.D. from a top law school and admitted to practice in at least one
jurisdiction
7+ years of experience in commercial software and technology
subscription agreements
Experience in managing a team of legal professionals
Proficiency with contracts management software
Experience with information security, data privacy, or intellectual
property is a plus
