Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual IT Specialist to provide IT
support for employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual IT service and support for hardware and software
issues
Monitor and review Service Desk calls and ensure compliance with IT
service standards
Manage user settings in Microsoft Entra ID and maintain asset
records in the ServiceNow ITSM system
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience in a similar role
General knowledge of technology, hardware, and software in a
professional services environment
Experience with IT Service Management ticketing systems (e.g.,
ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Sub-netting)
Preferred certifications include ITILv3 or ITIL 4 Foundation and
CompTIA A+
