Inside Sales Representative(WFH + uncapped commission)

Job Description:

As a Inside Sales Representative you will receive inbound sales and activation calls, listens to and answers customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health. We use a consultative sales approach, ensuring that our team listens closely to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customers life. A successful team member will listen intently, understand customer needs, and be able to fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. Were looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, kind and direct communication, and are performance driven.

Targeted Pay: $19/hr base pay, plus uncapped commission plan. The average compensation including base + commission is between $40,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on performance.

This role will be remote first. The person who fills this role must be within a commutable distance to the Best Buy Health caring center in Novi MI, San Antonio TX, or Reno NV.

What you'll do
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and activations calls from existing and/or new customers, providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services
Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure
Present and sell new products, upgrades and additional value-added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders
Activate new lines of service for phones/devices purchased through retail partners
Answer customers questions and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
Other duties as assigned

Basic qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required

Preferred qualifications
Minimum of 1 year call center sales environment preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Prior experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Computer skills including typing and ability to navigate multiple apps/systems at the same time
