Join us!**About the Role**The Partnership Sales Support Associate
will facilitate sales support activities between partners, key
contacts, and Loan Originators. Reporting to the Director of Sales
Success, you will build relationships, drive volume, and recommend
Figure products to support partner businesses. Responsibilities
include leading sales meetings, communicating best practices, and
tracking field feedback. You will collaborate with internal
stakeholders to enhance products and processes for Partner Loan
Originators. Strong communication, organization, and sales support
expertise are essential for driving business growth and improving
partnerships.**What You'll Do*** **Facilitate Sales Support:**
Serve as the primary contact between existing and potential
partner's sales leadership and individual Loan Originators,
ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the sales
process* **Enhance Sales Team Meetings:** Collaborate with partner
sales leadership to enhance the effectiveness of sales meetings,
providing valuable insights, updates, and support to drive sales
performance. Develop processes to ration support in a way that
maximizes ROI to Figure and automates the engagement as much as
possible* **Communicate Best Practices:** Develop and communicate
best practices for utilizing The Figure Product to maximize sales
effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Develop processes to scale
this communication to the maximum extent possible* **Track and
Review Feedback:** Collect, analyze, and report feedback from the
field to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic
decision-making processes.* **Training Support and Resources:**
Develop and maintain comprehensive partner training portal,
providing partners easy access to training resources, product
information and other relevant materials.* **Maintain
Documentation:** Keep accurate records of sales support
activities,escalations,and feedback to ensure transparency and
accountability within the team.* **Training Delivery:** Conduct
interactive and impactful training sessions, workshops, and
webinars for partners. **What We Look For*** Two years minimum of
Figure Customer Operations experience with an excellent
understanding of our Figure products* Proven experience in sales
and/or sales support or a similar role within the financial
services industry* A proven desire to provide excellent
relationship management within the context of driving additional
business* Identifying future business opportunities and partners*
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the
ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.*
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye
for detail and accuracy.* Ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and
collaborative approach to problem-solving.* Solid working knowledge
of mortgage lending processes and products.* Must be able to travel
up to 20% of the time**Salary*** Compensation Range:
$68,500-$88,000/yr + commission earnings* Quarterly 25 % bonus
