Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Process Consultant to
enhance customer experiences and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and improve various business processes to increase
efficiencies
Develop project plans and communication strategies for process
adoption
Set up and execute tests and projects aimed at improving customer
and frontline experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with eight years of experience, or a
Bachelor's degree with five years of experience in business process
or back-end business systems
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) frontline
platforms
Experience in end-to-end process design and implementation
Prior project management experience, including requirements
gathering and analyzing test results
