Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Your primary responsibility is to proactively engage potential customers through direct interactions in their homes and communities. You will serve as the face of Race Communications, creating meaningful connections with individuals and effectively conveying the exceptional value of our products and services to secure their business. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sales acumen to explain products and services, address questions and complaints, and provide effective solutions. You will also support Race Communications' mission to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban areas by promoting reliable, high-quality internet services.--This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. This individual should be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment while maintaining a productive professional demeanor.
