Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and enter information into the central database
Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls regarding disaster assistance
Maintain and update the database system as necessary

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience
Ability to pass a federal background check
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Call center experience preferred, but not required
